Setup an Archive Report
In Report Central, navigate to the Administrative Reports tab, expand the blue Archive section and select the Configure Archiving screen.
Select the type of report you want to generate for your archive.
- Org, Program, or Course Outcome Summary: WIDS will generate the report on ALL active and future projects.
- Submitted Syllabi: WIDS will generate links to submitted syllabi reports for the twelve months prior to the run date. Once a run date is selected, WIDS will generate the report annually for the previous twelve months.
Select the report data by checking and unchecking report items.
Tip: WIDS shows the default report selections on the screen. You can modify them if desired.
Select a Run Date and Recurrence for future archive jobs or select Create Archive Now.
- Create Archival Now: WIDS generates the archive report immediately behind the scenes and notifies you when the report is ready.
- Run on Selected Date: Set a date and frequency for automated archiving in the future.
If desired, modify the document title. Note that WIDS supplies a default report title.
- Tip: All archives generate as a PDF file. If the file is too large, WIDS automatically breaks the file into multiple files. Multiple files use the same default document title appended with an indicator to let you know how many files have been created. For example, COS Archive (1 of 3).
Click Submit Archive Report. WIDS notifies you when your report is ready (email and WIDS notification) or you can locate generated reports on the Report Central/Organization Documents tab/Archived Documents screen. Reports are automatically placed into folders by run date. Based on the size of your archive, the reports may be organized into multiple files.
