Archive Submitted Syllabi

On this site-level screen, you can archive every syllabus that has been submitted in your site.  

Remember: 

• Users cannot edit, delete, or unsubmit an archived syllabus.  Archiving syllabi makes them part of your permanent collection.
• Individual syllabi can be unarchived by users with edit access to the course’s Project Management tab/Submitted Syllabi screen (usually accessible to Site Administrators and Project Managers).

To archive all submitted syllabi:

• Place the screen into edit.
• Click the Archive All Submitted Syllabi button.   WIDS archives all syllabi.
• A quick list of all archived syllabi appears on the screen.
