The course Designer tab allows users to create and edit common course information.
WIDS Site Administrators can customize the Designer by turning off items from view and reordering items on the screen.
WIDS Site Administrators use permissions to determine who can edit and view Designer content. Since users can view course information on the Preview screen, access to Designer may be limited.
The Designer includes an easy to use Approval system.
Developers can submit a course approval
Reviewers can view the course and provide feedback
Approvers can decide to approve the course or send back for further work.
Once a course is approved, a WIP (Work in Progress) version of the course can be created. Data in the active course does not change when a new version is created.
