Document Search

The Document Search screen allows you to search documents uploaded to projects in your site.  

Enter one or more items for searching and click Search.

1. A keyword in the file name (the search does not search file contents)
2. A category
3. One or more tags

Tip:  If you choose a keyword, category and tag, the search operator is AND among the keyword, category, and tag.  Within selected categories and within selected tags, the operator is OR.   

WIDS generates a list of documents to the screen.  

1. Click on the title of the document (hyperlink) to open the document.
2. View the source of the document in the source columns.  This will tell you the project where the document was found.

 To export the search to an Excel file, click Export Search.  The file includes links to all documents.
