Welcome to WIDS

Congratulations on your purchase of a WIDS site.  Welcome--we are glad to have you on board!  You will be assigned a WIDS Coach to assist you with the launch of your site and meet with you regularly during the first year you use WIDS to help you maximize the use of WIDS. 

Get Ready

Your WIDS Coach will contact you to setup a meeting to review the information needed for launch.  

Before your meeting, preview the WIDS Site Launch Planning Guide.  Don't worry if you don't have all the information now.  Your WIDS Coach will work with you to obtain the information.

Next Steps

• Preview the WIDS Site Launch Planning Guide.
• Attend the launch meeting with your WIDS Coach.  While this meeting is primarily for the organization's Site Administrators, you are welcome to include others who will be essential for the WIDS launch and implementation: assessment directors, curriculum coordinators, deans and associate deans, etc.  Upon request, your WIDS Coach can conduct a demo of the WIDS software during the meeting. 
• Gather the information needed for the launch.  See the WIDS Site Launch Planning Guide for details.  Don't have all the information now?  You can always add it after your site launch.
