    Key Customizations

    WIDS allows for many customizations.  Some you may want to make right away.  Following are several customizations you may want to make before users start using the software.  Remember, these can be implemented at any time--so if you aren't ready yet, you can come to it. 

    Setup College Help: Link your college contact for WIDS and post any formal checklists that you would like to provide.

    Manage Lookups:  Use this screen to edit dropdown lists in WIDS.  You can add and remove items.

    Configure Site Custom Fields: Use this screen to add your organization-wide syllabus guidelines if you are going to use the WIDS syllabus feature.

    Configure Syllabus Wizard:  If you are going to use the WIDS syllabus feature, use this screen to setup your syllabus template.

    Configure Course Designer:  Use this screen to setup your preview report and the course designer screen.
