Three reports are available for printing and sharing your pathway information.
- Pathway Summary: This report shows the pathway as a chart.
- Pathway Outline: This report includes all of the pathway information and the roadmap—but without a chart. This report includes limited formatting to allow organizations to customize the information.
- Pathway Courses: This report shows the courses and education blocks in the pathway. It should how courses cross over multiple blocks. This is a good report for student advising.
Customize Reports
Use the Show/Hide Options drop-down list to see what data is included by default in the report. You can click the plus sign to expand the view of a report section. To remove a section or an item from the report, click the checkbox to the left of the item to unmark it.
Click the refresh button to update your view of the report.
Export the Report
Click the Export button, and select one of the following formats:
- PDF - Opens with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Generally, these reports are not editable.
- Word - Opens with Microsoft Word 2007 or newer. Note: users who have an older version of Word can open the document by downloading the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack.
- RTF - Opens with almost any word-processing program.
- HTML - Opens with a browser. You can cut and paste from an HTML document to your organization's Learning Management System or website.
Click Open to view your report immediately or click Save to save the report to your computer.
