The following reports are available in Report Central.

Report Central Reports Quick Preview

Administrative Reports 

• Project List: Presents a list of all the programs or courses or a subset of projects by unit or subunit. Could be used to show projects that have been revised in the past year, projects that are WIP, or projects that are pending approval.
• Project Review:  Pulls data from either the Program Review or Course Review screens in a project to present project number and title, review type, review date and next review date.   Can be used by organizations to monitor and plan reviews for both programs and courses.
• Activity Log: Presents a list of activity in the software for a specified period. Answers the question:  What happened in WIDS yesterday?
• Submitted Syllabi: Presents a list of syllabi that have been submitted for archiving and those that have been archived. Includes hotlinks to the syllabus reports. Syllabi are selected for the report by syllabus start dates and can be run by unit and subunit.
• WIDS Site Snapshot:  Provides a concise snapshot of the number of programs and courses in your site, as well as, high-level data on changes over a period of time.
• User Project Assignments: Presents a list of users and their roles in projects. Can be run by an individual user (What projects is Sue Jones assigned to?) or by a role (Who are all the Developers in our organization?).
• Configure Archiving: Capture snapshots of approved (Active/Future) WIDS content (program outcome summaries, course outcome summaries, and/or submitted syllabi) in reports. Can be scheduled to run automatically.

Course Project Reports

• Course Outcome Summaries:  Allows you to print course outcome summary reports for multiple courses in the organization without opening the individual courses.
• Course Syllabi: Allows you to print archived course syllabi for a single course or multiple courses in the organization.  
• Course Detail: Captures course component details for courses across a WIDS site, all reported in a single Excel spreadsheet.

Program Project Reports

• Program Outcome Summaries:  Allows you to print program outcome summary reports for multiple programs in the organization.  By customizing the report template, this report provides an easy way to print all program outcomes for the programs in the organization.
• Program List:   Allows you to print a list of the programs in an organization along with their child and associated courses.
• Program Assessment Summary Audit:  Allows you to view the status of program assessment plans, linking to matrices, etc. across the organization.
• TSA Report:  Presents TSA (Technical Skills Attainment) program information including program number and title, TSA type, laddered and shared programs, and dates related to submission and approval.   This report generates to screen and can be exported directly to Excel.   

Organization Project Reports

• Organization Outcome Summary:  Presents the organization outcome summary report.
• Core Ability or General Education Outcome (GEO) Program Matrix:  Shows the links between programs and core abilities/GEOs across the organization.  You could use this report to see at a glance which programs have not linked to core abilities or general education outcomes.
•  Core Ability/GEO Course Matrix:  A matrix showing how courses are linked to some or all core abilities/GEOs in the organization.  You can limit the matrix by specific attributes.  For example, you could generate the report showing just courses where a specific core ability/GEO is assessed.
