Article summary
Did you find this summary helpful?
Thank you for your feedback!
WIDS allows you to create a snapshot of all your program outcome summaries and course outcome summaries. You can also generate an archive of links to all submitted syllabi. You can setup archive reports to generate on demand, or automatically, on an annual, biannual, or quarterly basis.
Since WIDS can do this automatically, we recommend setting up your archiving process right away. This provides a historical reference for past course content and requirements.
See this help page for details on how to setup your archive: Setup WIDS Archiving
Tip
A general rule of thumb is to archive your curriculum twice a year. We generally recommend January 1 and July 1, but you can select dates that coincide with your processes.
