Not getting the data you expected? Try these tips:

1. Make sure you have selected the appropriate project filters.  Do you have projects selected in the project list tree?  Do you have the appropriate WIP/Active/Future filters selected?

2.  For syllabus related reports check these issues.

    • Make sure you are using the right syllabus report.  The Course Syllabi report (under the Course Reports tab) only prints archived syllabi.  If you haven’t archived the syllabus, it won’t appear in this report.  
    • Check the dates you have selected for the report.  The date selector relates to the start and end dates of the course syllabus NOT the submission date.  So if a you ran a report using today’s date, a syllabus that started in next month would not show on the list, even though it had been submitted and archived.   
    • Check the dates the instructor used as start and end dates for their syllabus.  Sometimes instructors enter the wrong start and end dates for their syllabi, so they won’t show on your report.
