The TSA Summary screen allows you to capture information related to Technical Skills Attainment (TSA) for a program. If your organization does not use TSA, this screen may be hidden from view.
- Click Edit on the page.
- Enter as much information as desired on the screen.
- Select Save and Close.
Field | Instructions |
Instructional Area | By default, the Instructional Area is populated with the Wisconsin Technical College System numeric codes for instructional areas. Select an instructional area from the droplist. |
TSA Type | Select the TSA type from the droplist. |
Programs that Share the TSA | Click Select Shared TSA Programs. WIDS opens a dialogue box to search other programs in your site by entering a key word or number. Click Add to add a program to your list. You can add multiple programs. |
Related and Laddered Programs | Click Select Related and Laddered Programs. WIDS opens a dialogue box to search other programs in your site by entering a key word or number. Click Add to add a program to your list. You can add multiple programs. |
Date TSA Reviewed | WIDS presents Program Review dates entered on the Program Review screen (available under the Project Management tab). Click on a date to select it. Note: you must have entered a program review date on the Program Review screen to select a date. |
TSA Phase I Submitted | Use the calendar tool to enter a date. |
TSA Phase I Approved | Use the calendar tool to enter a date. |
TSA Phase II Submitted | Use the calendar tool to enter a date. |
TSA Phase II Approved | Use the calendar tool to enter a date. |
TSA Notes | Enter notes into the text box. |
Tip: Use the TSA Report in Report Central to print and sort the TSA information across your college.
