Article summary

Use the Report Central Project Review report to print and sort the review information across your organization or by unit or subunit.

Use this screen to enter information about program level development, reviews and revisions.  

  • Place the screen into edit.
  • Click Add Program Review.
  •  WIDS opens a dialogue box.  Add information as desired.
    1. Project Number:  If you are tracking curriculum projects elsewhere, you can associate the program review with a project number. 
    2.  Consultant:  Select the person responsible for the review from the droplist.
    3. Review Type:  Select the type of review from the droplist.
    4. Review Result:  Select the result of the review from the droplist.
    5. Education Director:  Select the person overseeing the review from the droplist.
    6. Review Date:  Select the review date from the droplist.  
    7. Next Review Date:  Select the next review date from the droplist.  (This can be used to select a date in the future.  Reports can be generated to help WIDS Site Administrators plan future projects.)
    8. Notes:  Use the textbox to add information about the review.
